Every scripts/cron-*.sh creates /Users/christianhultner/cdl-ads/logs immediately after entering the repository; logs/.gitkeep preserves the directory in every checkout while log contents remain untracked. The watchdog independently alarms through its existing notify path with nightly data stale since <date> when MAX(daily_rollup.date) is older than two days. Never run sh -x on scripts that source environment files because tracing exposes secret values.
